Description: The training will provide the full 4-hour training for Contractors. The DEC PowerPoint on storm water management for Contractors will be presented by David Reckahn, CPESC and District Manager for the Essex County SWCD. Trainee wallet card will be provided to those who complete the 4 hours of training.
